U-R-POTENTIAL blends the subconscious work of RTT with breathing techniques and body
awareness on the conscious level.
It’s a 9 week heart-body-mind re-connection during which you will learn how to regulate your breath to manage your busy days as well as how to feel your body and breath so interconnected that whatever emotions you stored in your body, will dissolve by coming back to your temple.
It’s a powerful inner journey to understand yourself at a much deeper level.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
I work with high-functioning women – 35-67 – who struggle with :

- Guilt
Also work with high-achieving women – 30-45 – who want to approach :
Pregnancy and Happy birth – (1 to 3 sessions packages)
Last but not least, I also with high-achieving women – 25-67 – who want to approach :
- Personal development/growth
- Performance
