Who I Am
My name is Sabrina, 54 years young, a living “Kintsugi.”
Kintsugi is the Japanese art of repairing a broken object by filling the cracks with gold and giving a second, enriched life to an object that could have appeared unusable.
Since 2004, I have undertaken various training paths following an accident that abruptly interrupted my first life as a professional ballet dancer. Coach in Conscious Breathing and Movement techniques, Reiki master, Dance Movement Therapy, Dien Chan and Yin Yang Qigong Breathing, other breathing training. Recently I also integrated Hypnotherapy. My quest to truly know who I AM has led me to unexpected stretches, and I now play the game of life with joy and gratitude.
I have now uncovered that what counts is our ESSENCE and thanks to a soul encouter with Patrice Krysztofiak, I unlocked my channeling note to read people’s essence. I actually had also a previous soul encouter with Lisa Nolan Shaloski who first shook my
I offer integrated transformative programs to international clients on a quest to reconnect with their inner Potential: women 35+, entrepreneurs, visionaries, mothers struggling with impostor syndrome, burnout, fears, confidence as well as childbirth and pregnancy. I integrate non-invasive technological projects into my practices, that are beneficial for humans and animals’ wellbeing and also for the planet.
A love-filled, curious and strong woman, I guide women in life transition—entrepreneurs, high-functionning women 35+ at risk of burnout who want to overcome pressure to truly be who they are meant to be—through alignment, balance and inner power.
